Vinification:
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for 3 days before being gently pressed off skins. Upon completion of fermentation, the wine is further kept in contact with French oak before being stabilized, clarified and bottled. All our red wines are subsequently bottle aged in our temperature controlled cellar and are best enjoyed upon release.

Brilliant dark ruby red tones with a bouquet of ripe berry fruits, plums, roasted oak and a hint of nutmeg. Light bodied with a savory palate and long spicy fruit flavors. An easy drinking red style ready to be enjoyed now over a large range of Asian cuisine. Designed for a short cellaring and at its best when served slightly chilled.
