Vinification:
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and spend a short period of maceration on skins before being gently pressed off. The pink juice is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for a week. The resulting wine is then stabilized, clarified and bottled without delay. Rose style wines are best enjoyed upon release.
