Vinification:
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for 3 days before being gently pressed off skins. Upon completion of fermentation, the wine is further kept in contact with French oak before being stabilized, clarified and bottled. All our red wines are subsequently bottle aged in our temperature controlled cellar and are best enjoyed upon release.

Winemaker’s note:
Brilliant deep cardinal red tones with a bouquet of ripe cherries, raisins, dark chocolate with a hint of pimento and clove. A full bodied and fleshy palate with lingering flavors of berries and cedary oak. A well structured red style that will compliment saucy dark meat as well as tomato based vegetarian dishes.
