Description

Vinification:
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and rapidly chilled before being gently pressed of skin. The clear white juice is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks. The new wine is then stabilized, clarified and bottled without delay. A fruity style to be enjoyed young but with ageing more compexity and perfumed aromas will develop.

Winemaker’s note:
Green gold in colour with distinctive rose petals, melon and star fruit aromas. Fresh and zesty palate with subtle essences of musk and tropical fruit. A lively fruity dry white style well suited on its own or with spicy grilled seafood, beautiful curry and creamy dessert. Must be served very chilled.
