Margaret River grown 100% Shiraz open fermented and hand plunged with minimal intervention resulting in this delicious wine. Deep purple in colour, with aromas of smokey oak and charred fruits, with hints of violets and spicey pepper notes, followed by soft approachable tannins and a mouthfilling palate.
Enjoy with a range of game and red meats and strong cheeses. Serve at 16-18degC
