Margaret River grown Chardonnay, hand crafted with minimal intervention resulting in this delicious wine. Delicate pale straw hues of colour, with aromas of stonefruits, citrus and new oak followed by a well rounded finish on the palate. Partial malolactic fermentation and oak maturation have given this wine added complexity and roundness.
Enjoy with delicately flavoured dishes, creamy pasta and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled.
