Margaret River grown Cabernet Sauvignon (55%) and Merlot (45%), open fermented and hand plunged with minimal intervention resulting in this delicious wine. Deep red purple in colour, with vibrant blackcurrent and plum fruit aromas and hints of pencil shavings and vanillan oak, followed by well integrated tannins and a mouthfilling palate.
Enjoy with red meats, rich pasta and strong cheeses. Serve at 16-18degC.
Currently available in 750ml and 375ml. Alc/Vol: 14.0%
